CSSBuy Link Not Working? Fix Weidian, Taobao and 1688 Links

Troubleshoot a CSSBuy product link: recover the original listing, check the item and variant, and prepare an Expert Buy request when import fails.

When a CSSBuy product link does not work, start with the original seller listing. Check that it opens, identifies the product you want and still offers the correct option. Then paste that listing URL into CSSBuy. A copied spreadsheet page, a shop homepage and a product listing are different links. If automatic import fails, the official buying guide points to Expert Buy. This guide shows what to verify before paying, without treating link conversion as proof that an item is available or safe to purchase.

1. Identify the kind of link you copied

A product discovery page may contain several destinations: a local detail page, a source catalog record, an original marketplace listing and a buying link. Begin by identifying which one you have. A CSSBuy Home product address identifies an entry in this catalog. It is useful for returning to the find, but it is not the seller listing that CSSBuy needs to understand the purchase.

Open the product detail and look for its original listing or official buying destination. Confirm that the product image, seller and available options agree with what you intended to buy. A search result or shop homepage can contain many items and may not identify a particular one. If you only have a screenshot, first recover a precise listing or ask for complete seller and item information. Do not select a similar-looking result simply to make the import work.

2. Recover the full original product URL

A mobile share action may copy explanatory text together with a link. Separate the actual URL from the surrounding message before pasting it into the buying field. If a short link opens an intermediate page, navigate to the intended product and inspect the destination. Keep the original link in your notes so that you can explain where it came from if the resulting page looks wrong.

Do not remove the item identifier while cleaning a link. Some query parameters identify the product rather than track a visit. Deleting everything after a question mark can therefore remove the part needed to find the item. At the same time, an account-specific checkout or private order address is not a public listing. Share only the public product information required for the purchase, and never copy a password, login code or private payment link into a product request.

3. Check a Weidian link against the original item

For a Weidian find, verify the original item identifier and seller on the listing. A source catalog record number is a separate identifier. Substituting that record number into a buying URL can point to the wrong item or produce an error. The buying link on this site is built only when the original supported marketplace information is available; it should still be checked against the product you want.

Compare more than the first image. Check the title, available sizes, colors and any details that distinguish similar listings. A seller may use one listing for several versions or accessories. If the page loads but the intended version is absent, the link is technically working while the purchase is still unsuitable. Ask about that exact version instead of treating a successful page load as permission to select an arbitrary option.

4. Check Taobao and 1688 options before comparing prices

When a Taobao or 1688 listing imports, inspect the selected option before comparing the displayed amount with a spreadsheet. The starting price may apply to a different size, color, quantity or component. Record the option name and the quantity you actually intend to order. A price difference is a reason to investigate the selection, not evidence by itself that the import is broken.

For 1688, check the supplier minimum quantity and the price applicable to that quantity. CSSBuy specifically advises buyers to review those conditions. An individual sample, a pack and a wholesale quantity may not be interchangeable. If the imported page does not make the requirement clear, resolve it before submitting payment. Also ask whether the exact goods can use a suitable delivery service to your destination; a valid listing does not establish international shipping eligibility.

5. Distinguish an import failure from an unavailable listing

If the original listing opens correctly but the buying page cannot read it, an import problem is one possibility. If the original page is removed, redirects to a shop or no longer offers the item, repeatedly changing the buying URL will not restore the missing offer. Compare those two situations before spending time on a converter. Record the exact error and the original public URL for support.

A login screen or an app prompt also needs careful interpretation. It does not prove that an item is sold out, and this guide cannot tell whether the seller page is accessible to the purchasing agent. Use normal access to the marketplace and ask CSSBuy to check the listing if necessary. Avoid entering marketplace credentials into an unfamiliar converter or allowing a third-party page to request access to your shopping account.

6. Prepare an Expert Buy request with complete information

CSSBuy offers Expert Buy as a manual purchasing route when ordinary search cannot handle an item. Prepare the original product URL, title, relevant image, requested size or color, quantity, item price and domestic shipping information. Distinguish confirmed seller information from anything you have only estimated. A blank or guessed field can create an incorrect order even when the request itself submits successfully.

Use the notes field to describe the exact option and ask the unresolved question. For example, ask whether the shown price covers one item or a set, or whether a particular size is available. Before paying, check the returned order details against your notes. Manual purchasing does not make an unverified seller trustworthy or establish return rights. Read the current seller-risk notice and decide whether the remaining uncertainty is acceptable for your purchase.

  • Keep the original public listing and seller information.
  • Specify the exact option and quantity in writing.
  • Separate item price from domestic delivery and later international shipping.
  • Resolve missing information before authorizing the purchase.

7. Understand what a link converter can and cannot do

A converter changes a supported link format into another destination. It cannot confirm stock, authenticate a product, inspect the item that will arrive or guarantee a return. Even a correct conversion may open a listing that has changed since it was added to a spreadsheet. Treat the converted page as the beginning of verification and keep a record of the version you selected.

This website does not provide a universal link conversion tool. Supported product pages may offer a direct CSSBuy destination, while other items require the original listing and manual checking. If there is no direct buying button, that is not an instruction to invent a product identifier. Use the original listing and the official buying process. Be especially careful when a tool claims to fix every marketplace link without showing which product it has actually selected.

8. Check the order once more before moving to shipping

After a purchase request is accepted, preserve the original listing, chosen option and confirmed amount. These records make warehouse inspection more useful: you can compare the received item with the version you requested. A seller gallery is a reference for the offer, while photos of your warehouse item provide different evidence. Neither should be described as proof of authenticity or a guarantee of hidden performance.

If the received item differs from the confirmed order, ask about the available resolution before putting it into an international parcel. Keep the problem specific and attach the relevant evidence privately. Do not assume that shipping the item overseas leaves the same practical return options. Once the product details are correct, use the shipping cost and warehouse guides to compare complete parcel choices. Fixing the link is only the first step toward receiving the item you intended to buy.

Before you move on

  • Use the original product listing, not a catalog record number.
  • Check the variant, quantity and seller before accepting an imported price.
  • Use Expert Buy for a complete manual request when automatic import fails.
